I found that the customer service on looking and purchasing a car was fantastic. It was a shame that once I had signed that dotted line, it was all undone. After sales service is very poor. My problems or concerns are not dealt with prompty. I was not delivered my vehicle as ordered - I feel a phone call to inform me of any problems before I walked in to collect my car would have been fair. It took months of calls and ended up involving the Fair Trade Bureau to resolve such a simple task. Above all, staff are all polite and if they can better there after sales manner - this dealership would do really well.
