Litsa was so prompt, accessible and very efficient. I was a first home buyer so I had very little knowledge about the process till settlement. But because her email was clearly explained in each step, I had no worries and just followed her instructions. Everything went so smoothly thanks to her. I believe the cost was one of the lowest in Melbourne (plus she offers discount for first home buyer!). I'm very very happy as I received one of the best solicitor service with the lowest cost.
