DO NOT SHOP HERE. Wish I had read the reviews below before I foolishly purchased shoes from here. The shoes they sell are faulty and they make you jump through hopes to get your money back only to tell you they can only offer a repair. They won't even offer a refund if there is a manufacturing fault that is only discoverable from 10 minutes of walking because they can't sell them again.
Customer support quotes of ACCC but ignore the sections they are liable under.
Take your money elsewhere

I bought a pair of leather shoes from this website for $100, I was happy with the free delivery, but two months later I was not happy with the quality of the shoe. The shoes soles and heels started cracking. I emailed about my problem ,but had no reply after a week so I called them and they provided a return address. I posted the shoes back to them via express post at my cost with all documents but heard nothing after a week, so I called again and they had me wait on the phone for nearly 15 minutes while they looked for the shoes I returned to them. Eventually they were found and they agreed to send me a new pair. I am happy they replaced my shoes, but i am not happy with the process of getting the, replaced. Hopefully the new pair will last more than two months. Pricing on the website is reasonable.
