I have been dealing with Winegrowers Direct for quite a long while now and have had some fantastic deals from them. I receive emails either daily or weekly and have found that when I order wine from them they are always very prompt with their delivery. One delivery they missed out on one bottle of wine and when I contacted them they were very apologetic and immediately sent out another bottle for me. You can only order online or over the phone but it is well worth the effort.
