The word appalling comes to mind. The waitress sat down at the table with us to take our order and raised her eyebrows and sneered at our choices. The food is TERRIBLE. Poor quality. Tastes bad. Small size meals. We waited an hour to get our food and there was only 2 other small tables of people there! We then decided to get some cake to takeaway to eat in the park. She used her bare hands, which had just taken our money, to pick the cake up and put it in the container. She also got crabby at us wanting to add cake to our order! Really really bad. Nothing else to say.
