Wanted to buy a new car from Wippells, placed and order was told it would be six weeks then after eight weeks and no communication still no car available. Unless we rang them to see what was going on we would not have heard anything . Still no car and now going elsewhere. Very poor customer service and the wait is beyond belief.

I had just moved to Toowoomba and started a new job and then my car blew up and to make things worse it wasn't insured. Due to my new circumstances no one would look at me for a car loan even though I tried almost everywhere including my personal bank. Then I met someone who told me to see the guys at Wippells. Within 2 days I was driving my new car and absolutely blown away with how much trouble they went to in order to look after me. The other places had given me the usual 'sales' smile until I couldn't get finance then they didn't want to know me. The salesman at Wippells was genuine and deserves to be recognized.

The best service you could ever ask for. They are friendly and do everything they can to help in any situation. They even drive you home!
