Phenomenal Service!
James is a phenomenal mortgage broker who gave excellent advice and was there from beginning to end. He explained the process of purchasing a house from pre-approval all the way through to settlement. I didn't know the first thing about buying a house but James made it all so clear.

James responded very promptly to queries and was always available especially on Saturdays when I was going to open houses. He would send through complementary housing reports which provided clearer perspectives on the value of properties I was interested in which greatly helped the negotiating process.

The effort and time they put into walking me through the process are unbelievable. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. As a first-time buyer, I didn't know all of the questions I should be asking (or do's and don'ts, for example), and they would proactively provide this information, making me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don't know how James does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – they set my expectations high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them.
