I would sincerely like to highlight the amazing customer service I received today from Michael.

I phoned in about a product and he was so patient in finding the product, giving me the price and organising delivery in the friendliest way. I'm waiting on two operations and in severe pain and he made things so lovely and easy.

It's not often that customers like me are lucky enough to have such a truly lovely shopping experience and I'm truly grateful to Michael.
