This pharmacy charged over $13 more for my script than any other pharmacy I've been to.
What a disgrace this pharmacy is. Not only did we have to wait 40 minutes to pick up our scripts, when they finally did complete our script order it was wrong and they tried to give us somebody else's medicine and repeat script. It then took another 10 minutes for them to give us our correct script.....and it wasn't even busy in there!!! The pharmacist did not even apologise for the delay or mix up. Unless you have time to waste, prefer rude customer service and like to take a gamble on your medicine then i would highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy and going elsewhere.
Hi Philfii, thanks for the heads-up, which we will pass on to family/friends within said area. A very dangerous (and unlawful) position for any pharmacist to place themselves in, irrespective of excuse. At the very least, I would have thought an apology would have been forthcoming. The manager of this place is really helpful. She always discusses things in a way you can understand and very friendly. Although they are supposed to be a discount warehouse they are no cheaper than other pharmacies. In fact they are more expensive in some ranges. They have friendly staff and they have a huge range of stuff.
