Took over a week to deliver a parcel 16 kilometres. Didn’t make to client in time for significant event. Customer service asks for bsb and account details to pay insurance. Following week parcel is delivered- then they say as it arrived they don’t pay insurance.
In short not worth employing as they could not care about you or your parcel after all if a snail could deliver parcel faster then they aren’t worth employing - and don’t ask them where your parcel is - no idea!
