We have used Ben a number of times over the years and he has always been able to solve our computer problems. He is very patient, knowledgeable and not patronizing!!

I had a technician named Ben come out and service my computer, he fixed my problem where I could not get internet. He also then reviewed my internet connection and found that my wireless router was not secure and fixed that for me. I was wrapped with the service and Ben was a great guy to boot. Took about 1.5 hours to complete all the work I dont really know what he did but I am back online and I will definately use him again.
