cWoodards do not do their best to meet the needs of tenants and only care for money. They will not answer your calls for house maintenance and then foot you with a bill at the end of the tenancy. They won't even work with the landlord to fix urgent, life-endangering issues for months on end. They do not respect house rules (like taking off shoes) when performing inspections and will not message you about anything until the day prior. They will not give you invoices upon request when they're attempting to make money from your bond at the end of the tenancy but expect you to provide invoices of the services you used yourself and won't release the bond until you have done so.

Very Poor Property Management by Brad Ellis (Director) from Woodards Doncaster. I found him rude, unfriendly and intimidating when I raised an issue with him. Would definitely not recommend and do it at your own costly expense. I have now raised the John Piccolo (CEO of woodards) and we will see if he will undertake any action - This will tell if Woodards are only interested in making money from you and don't want to know you when you raise an issue with them.

Me and my boyfriend found a property to rent in North Melbourne through Woodards, Carlton North Branch.
We dealt with Nicole Stojcevski, at all times we found her professional and easy to get along with. When our landlord later dumped the agency, and we went through him privately (not our choice) we had nothing but problems, resulting in a trip to VCAT.
Nicole was happy to be a reference for us for VCAT which was not required at all, but she was friendly and helpful. Very impressed and would recommend this agency to other renters.

Horrible service and rude agents who, I believe, will stop at nothing to make a quick buck. With their approach to real estate, it seems like they are still stuck in the stone ages. We have tried reporting problems with our rental property a couple of times but they did not even try to mask their annoyance at having to deal with tenants and needless to say, they never ended up doing anything about it. They don't own up to their mistakes, lost our paperwork, and charge excessive fees. I can only recommend to avoid these guys at all cost!   

Although nothing to compare them to as not used anybody else, they have been great in all aspects managing a rental property for us in North Carlton.
