After the first repair they got white paint on the inside of my car doors (both sides and why?? - no inside repair was necessary. The actual repair job started to peel away after a few months. (Not to mention a really bad touch up job on a chip). When I raised these issues with the manager he snarled and yelled at me and was very aggressive. And would not take my concerns seriously. He flat out refused the possibility that they could have got paint on the inside of my car. Its a paint shop! Its not that much of a stretch. I had to pay for a detail to fix the issue.

I was told in response to the poor quality touch up "well it was free wasn't it" ..........DOESN'T mean I gave you permission to stuff up my car! If you can't do a good job then don't do the touch up! I had even offered to pay for the touch up to get a good job btw.

I then took my car in to fix the peeling and I was treated extremely rudely and he even refused to upgrade my car hire excess.

Incidentally, they were happy to provide this service when I brought my car in initially.

SERIOUSLY not worth the headache. My car is just not the same.

Im insured with AAMI & had to take car here for a new rear bumper bar, they seemed freindly and so but apon picking car up, they had broken my rear window wiper and just put it back on so I actually didnt realize it was broken till a few days later when I needed to use it, also had dented the boot and didnt tell me about it, i took it back & it was rectified....
