Very poor service and workmanship. Via AAMI insurance they originally quoted 10 days for a minor quarter panel repair (4 days would be normal), and ended up taking 16 days. The car was supposed to be ready at 3pm sharp but I had to wait another hour while they "washed the car" (supposedly) and then "detailed the car" (supposedly). As it was raining when I finally got the car I couldn't check the quality of the repair. Next morning had a good look. There was about 20 cms of cutting paste inside the rear door, a paint lip on the trailing edge of the door and rear quarter panel, and a rough patch about 4 cms along the door's trailing edge as well. Overall a crap job considering the time they had and the original repair. I plan to show this to AAMI next week but as I don't want to lose my car for another x number of days, I doubt I will be getting it repaired.
