took my two kids as i asked if thay had orthodontist said yes but they dont found this out after there first visit did full phots and exam told me my son needs teeth removed laser in-between his teeth a plate and braces after took him to real orthodontist was told he will need braces but not all the other stuff also every single appointment iv had with them i booked a time and the day before id get an sms with my appointment but it was at a different time stuffing me around after i booked time off to get the kids there also its the smallest dentist iv ever seen

Wanted files transferring to another practice. The new practice sent my signed consent/request form to WPD and were told it could take up to 2 weeks for it to be reviewed and approved for release. As they had my signed request/consent and the request came from another practice, it shouldn't need reviewing/approving - when I contact WPD direct and requested it be release to me directly, it was done so more or less within hours - why the difference and delays - completely unnecessary delays for me

Untrustworthy.
Their service is okay when things are going well.
However, when a procedure goes wrong and they tell you they will cover it but then renege on the deal.
No longer a patient...they have lost me and my daughter.
In the long term going forward they have lost far more money than it would have cost them to cover the procedure.
Not to be trusted!

The Dentists at Woodvale Park Dental are absolutely brilliant. The dentist has a kind approach and thorough explanations. I would highly recommend this practice. The dentist was gentle and patient showing me pictures and photos to hep me understand my treatment.

Even though a trip to the dentist can be quite daunting, all the staff were super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The dentist and the front desk ladies were super helpful in my treatment plan moving forward.

Very thorough and friendly staff. gave prices before doing any treatment. I am usually very anxious about dentist, but was extremely comfortable and happy with the service. Everything was explained in detail in simple language I could understand. 10 out of 10 all around. Thanks ;)
