On Saturday 2/7/22 my click and collect order was missing the frozen items.
When I went back to collect the items the staff had placed a lovely box of chocolates and an apology note

This is my local woolies, just up the road for the essentials you always run out of. The staff are friendly and helpful

the best thing about the new 'woolies' is the self service check outs. you are able to go through at your own pace and to really review prices of goods. two thumbs up
