I did a rather large shop at the store this morning & had an extremely helpful & lovely young man by the name of James. I am 73 yrs old & was endeavouring to lift a very heavy pack of sparkling water out of my trolley when James told me it wasn’t necessary for me to do it & went out of his way to lift the bottles of water & a few other heavy items & placed in my trolley for me. I really appreciated his help & lovely manner. 5 stars to James.
