I bought grape,oil,juice and coffe,did not take receipt.When I got home I realised that I got wrong coffe,so I went to ecenge it,at service desk I said that I do not have receipt and I got wrong coffee, they pleasantly asked me do I want money back or echange,no fuss for receipt,I was so happy as usualy no receipt no exchange.And grape I bought was so so good.I love my woolies shop !
