Terrible customer service. Had to wait for 15 minutes at express counter to be served, as only one checkout person serving, and she had taking a whole trolley through before me. I only had 8 bottles of 1L soft drinks . All remaining staff view to be walking around.

I shop here most days of the week and I've never had a problem. The staff have always been pleasant and willing to help. It makes for a very easy shopping experience. The everyday rewards cards come in handy too. I like it way better than flybuys because you can actually save money at the register.

I shop there every fortnight always a pleasure so helpful and always cheerful. And they never ever complain when I have strange request such as shaving kilos of Devon for me they are awesome
