Had the most appauling & confronting experience tonight leaving Woolworth's GMP. Security lady on was rude & abushive, I had 2 items in my hands & she was referred to me as "deaf & stupid" as I was on my way to the check out as the store was closing..... I turned assuming she was talking to someone else as I was almost at the check out to which she then said "I see your ignorant too"! I don't know what provoked her to act like this or in the tone she spoke but when I realised she was talking to me I was both confused but also pissed off!!!
I've never minded going to this store before but after tonight & feeling as intimidated as I did I assure you I shall not be returning.
Unfortunately this was no fault of the Woolworth's staff however the security on at that time & how they treat their patrons is a direct reflection on the store itself.
I intend to take this further as I feel for the next person to cross this women's path!! Go out & fight the dicks causing issues outside, not a mum on her way home from work running for for the kids bread & milk!!!

A good clean store which runs efficiently however alot of the staff are not friendly, do not greet the customers properly at the checkout and could learn to smile which is disappointing. The fresh food is also not the freshest.

This Woolworths is so expensive and they know it. Their fruit and vegetables are terrible quality and often frozen and only last a couple of days. I'd rather drive to Minchinbury to get my fruit and meat and only go to this supermarket when I am desperate.

Approximate cost: $100

Friendly staff are always there to help when things may be a little hard to find. The store is always clean and tidy without excessive stock in the aisles to trip over

The store is always Clean and well presented, with friendly & helpful staff. When their catalogs are out, they always have their "specials items" in stock, unlike alot of other large grocery stores that sell out far too quickly. I love the peace and quiet while shopping here, and smaller lines during peak seasons, like Christmas and Easter.

I live closer to another woolworths store but travel an extra few kms to use this one on a regular basis as it is very presentable, always is full on stock, have friendly and helpful staff, it is not overwelmingly busy as some other supermarkets can be, and they have the right amount of cash registers open so that if it does get busy you don't have to wait forever in line.
