This service has been a godsend for a frustrated mother trying to shop with a toddler and newborn... I can shop at any time of day, the deliveries are always well timed and the drivers extremely helpful. At last I can have some sanity back!

I loved the service woollies had provided to us when we lived in an serviced area. Staff were friendly and strong, and always happy and on time. What more could you ask for?

This is a rating for the Melbourne service. It wasn't as good as Coles in the beginning, but it is pretty similar now. The prices are slightly higher than in the supermarkets, and there is a smaller range available, but it's worth it for the convenience. You can get the same specials as in the supermarket.

I wasn't able to for several weeks due to a skiing accident. Woolworths Homeshop made it very easy for me to get my groceries delivered to my home. It was good value. The first time you have to set it up takes the longest but each shop after that is much quicker. I thought it was a great option.

What a nightmare, Each time i have ordered from homeshop i have never got all my items and the last time everything was crushed including the eggs! So very annoyed and they give you a time window of 3-4 hours that you can reserve for delivery, which is annoying. dont shop here is you are waiting and relying on them to acutally bring you what you need.
