This is one of those stores that really needs an upgrade. The staff are very slow, the store outdated, and the experience is so so. I hope the new store they are building will have a bigger emphasis on customer service, which will make a difference to me. It's convenient when you are at the shopping centre, so it should be a better experience.

They are in the process of upgrading.
I'm sure if you speak to the manager about their staff issues he will do everything he can to make you happy. As he did for me. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately this store has no self-checkout, which I find quicker and easier than the cashiers. I don't often have to wait too long in line, though. Value for money is always good.

i went there once and now i shop there every week. we always get served by the young staff and they are really nice. they talk to us even though they probably say it to every customer. theyre nice and if u cant find some thing they will take u directly to the product in question.

shopping on a budget good value we had to buy food and cleaning products and found it was cheaper then other places
