Woolworths

I went into Rutherford Woolies to pick up some groceries and as I was in line for the deli the lady says to me “what do you want” and when I responded she got what I had asked for and threw the wrapped up meat across the counter I had to grab it so it wouldn’t hit the floor. As I walked off I hear her say “who is next please and how can I help you” I thought to myself how disgusting is that you work in customer service you should treat every customer with the same respect. I am a woman of colour in a predominantly white community but that is totally disgusting and I have never felt such disgust before to write a review like this. Obviously your staff here need to be taught manners and respect to ALL customers …

I shop here several times each week. One of the things I love about shopping here is that this Woolworths store is less crowded then most Woolworth's. It is also not a massive Woolworth's so it's easy to find what you are looking for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also I have found that the fruit and vegetables are in good condition and they always have in stock the kind I buy.

Staff are helpful. Store lacks local competition so prices aren't particularly competitive. Also lack of variety compared to other woolworths at Greenhills. eg prawns are one variety and were from thailand instead of Australia.
