the customer service has gone down hill over the last few weeks. I specifically asked to have my tomatoes put in the bag last so the tin food does not squish them so the employee decided to go out of his way to pop them in first. lets not forget i was the only person waiting at the deli to be served and the man working in the deli completely ignored me, i was ready to leave until a lovely lady who was on break comes back and served me. i prefer travel to coles now.

This store is okay but it is a shame that they dont have the fresh fruit and vegies that the other woolies have, the prices can be a bit high as well but over all the staff are great.

The prices here seem higher than those in the city. I suppose that this is because this Woolworths store is located quite rural. The service though, is very proffesonal and the staff are very nice.

Iv'e been to many supermarkets all over Australia and shopping at this store was quite frankly a shock......The fresh produce isn't fresh and wilts after a couple of days in my fridge....Their cooked chickens appear over cooked until you get under the skin and see red meat near the bones...Bread other than their own brands are not very fresh most of the time......Meat from the butchers are nice, tender and reasonably priced...Overall prices, are too high compared to Woolworths from inner suburbs.....Staff are mostly approachable and friendly......I find it disappointing that prices are higher than other stores in some products.....I certainly hope they lift their game and produce better quality fruit & veg.........

I shop here because it is the last stop on my way home... especially for frozen goods. I do buy fruit and veg on occassion but only if it looks good, in this area we have minimal choice. I find the butcher and deli sections good. Butcher has gone out of his way and located specific items for me which I really appreciated. I do wish they could do something with the express line, as it chokes your access to the drinks aisle, and main section of the supermarket. I also have a couple of check out operators I prefer who do know how to pack, and are very pleasant to deal with... it is worth waiting to get that kind of service.

I find the fruit and veg quite often not the freshest it could be, but generally it's ok. Last visit i found it hard to manouver around people waiting in line at the express checkout, it often gets crowded in that area. I ALWAYS buy cat litter but there are rarely any of the bulk bags on the shelf when i am there.

Products are out of stock quite a bit. Never enough checkout open. Hate it when young female employees call me "Darl"

Approximate cost: $200
