My last two shops to this supermarket have been quite frustrating and to put it bluntly, very annoying.

I was charged twice for a single item on both of these occasions. The first time I was charged $18.44 for one lamb roast instead of $9.22 and on the second I was charged $3.60 for 1 box of tissues instead of $1.80.

After reading my receipt and picking up on these mistakes, which has become part of my shopping routine at this supermarket, I then have to go through the inconveniance of getting my own money back at the front counter. They then mark it down as a returned item. Returned what? They have just overcharged me. This procedure seems to happen too often at this supermarket to be a regular mistake.

I like this supermarket, I know where things are and they have a wide range of brands to choose from, usually always stocked up and when they mark down there products its always a bargain to get. Staff are usually always helpful and friendly.

Overall I have found the staff here helpful and polite and willing to give a bit of humanness to the shopping day. There are only a couple of rude workers here which is good for a large supermarket. They have a clean store and usually are well stocked. Their baked goods are really good.
