I ordered a Mud cake to feed 100 with specific instructions to leave A4 size on top with no writing for me to add an edible photo image for decoration. The cake had the writing all over it so I could not add the image. When I inquired about it and looked at the order form it was clearly written down there but had a cross through it, staff said sorry but nothing was offered as incentive for me to return ever as a customer to the bakery. The cake was a good size and value for the money but slightly dry tasting.

Very lovely shop. Very friendly staff, always willing to lend a hand. Am very pleased because they now stock the nappies I buy for my boys in the Junior range which they did not offer before. Compatible prices. Only qualm is they do not price match (eg if something is cheaper at another store will not give for same price).

Very professional. Friendly staff. Always able to find someone to give you a hand. Very clean. Only qualm I have is that they do not stock Jumbo boxes of Junior nappies you can only buy small packets. With twins I use quite a few nappies so therefore unfortunately buy these elsewhere.
