Good little supermarket but find staff very unhelpful. They seem to have an attitude that customer is a nuisance.
If it doesn't improve I will go somewhere else.

The overall look of the shop has been improved in the last year or two and the addition of self service is one of its main positives. The automated checkouts are really easy to use and make shopping quick and painless - as long as you don't have to request help in which case you might have a long wait. Good choice of produce and well set out.

Compared to Coles and Foodland, Woolworth's appears less upmarket. While some staff are friendly and helpful, others seem disinterested and when I've had to occasionally make a complaint, staff often seem at a loss what to do. Having workers smoking around the back of the shop (next to customer car park) is a really bad look too.

Great upgrades made. It's a bit difficult to find what I'm after but I will learn. Good fresh produce, excellent specials available.
