Pleasant supermarket to shop in. The staff are always helpful even happy to show you where a product is. Bakery items are always heavily discounted in the evening. And they always have enough staff on registers so you don't wait in a que very long.

we did the weekly shopping there. They almost satisfied what we family need everyday. The best thing is their trading time is from 8am to 10pm. We always could get the stuff we need for family and it only takes 5 minutes drive.

Approximate cost: $100

I shop at Woolworths and Seven Hills and I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially with my 3 young children in tow. The lines aren't as long as they are at other Woolworths.

We went into woolworths to do our grocery shopping, although we usually shop at coles. The whole experience was fine with lots of products on special, and the shop was quite busy. Once I actually got to the checkout I was quite disappointed with the customer service of the checkout chick... Although she did the usual "hi how are you" etc, the entire time that I was standing there, she was talking to a customer over my shoulder. If that wasnt rude enough, she was speaking quite casually about her personal life and experience with a friend, making comments such as "stuff her" etc! This sort of thing usually doesnt bother me, but I kinda had to laugh that she didnt have the brain not to talk like that!! Oh well... I will go back to that supermarket, and hopefully I bump into her again so I can get her name this time!

That must be a national issue with supermarkets, it seems to be a problem with alot of the younger staff members, not all though, but it seems their social life is much more important than the customer standing in front of them, helping to keep them employed. And I'm like you, I always forget the names!!!
