1 review about Workout World

We bought a Reebok upright exercise cycle for my wife. The equipment performance was good while it worked however it seemed to be always having problems. We had it repaired under warranty but it broke again. We submitted a repair request while it was still under warranty however the current franchisee was removed from the store by the National franchisor. The franchisor management took over, accepted responsibility for the repairs and took possession of the bike along with our purchase documentation and promised to repair it. After 2 months I complained that the repair was taking so long but was told that the bike had been repaired and would be delivered in several days. That manager was then removed by the National franchisor and a new Manager was placed in charge. He undertook to look into the issue. At this stage 'Cop Out World' had possession of our bike for 4 months. I requested to speak with someone in authority. I received a call from the National Manager who asked for the whole sordid story again. He requested purchase documentation. I said I'd given it to the 2nd of 5 various managers (including him) I had dealt with but he had the hide to say he didn't believe me. He now wants to return the unrepaired bike to me or charge me for its repair. Crikey, they should not be called 'Work Out World' but 'Cop Out World'

Approximate cost: $380.000
