Received notification that one of my customers had been declared bankrupt. Called Worrells on Monday to correct the amount owed to us, and see if the unsold goods could be retrieved. Well it is now Thursday and have not heard back from them, called them again and all you get is an answer machine.
I know the cogs of big business run slow, but at this company them seem to have stopped.
Finally calling them a fifth time we got hold of somebody, the were helpful and very nice, but still the phone service was very disappointing.
