Price was advised when I sat down, cut and full head foils. Foils left nearly 1cm of regrowth straight away! Staff complained about management and found it more interesting to play with a tie when I first entered than serve me. Not very professional and they didnt seem to care

Same experience as with the other reviewer all 3 times I've been.

The staff have NO idea what professional means.

I haven't been cut by the new male manager but he was present on the previous female managers' (my usual stylist) last day.

Both complained endlessly about their management, other staff, other salons in the chain and their commute to work.

They even spoke about how they just had to discipline another male employee after getting two complaints about him giving graphic descriptions of his weekend 'encounters' to another employee in front of customers!

That was apparently his second warning but its obvious why he cant take them seriously coming from such poor examples!

And the young girl sweeping and answering phones was so rude, back-chatty and disrespectful to everyone (staff and customers alike) I nearly knocked her sideways myself! But she fits right in!

I only keep going back though because I don't get my hair styled or coloured etc. I just want a quick trim on my lunch break every couple of months and its across the road from my work.

If I wanted a good cut or an enjoyable experience I would NOT go there!

I have been to this salon a few times and usually had a pleasant experience, but the last time was terrible. The manager proceeded to tell me about how much he didn't like his job, which made me want to leave right then. But I had been to the salon a few times and the quality and price were great, and I usually had my hair dried and styled, but not the last time (actually, he did not even offer to dry my hair).
