purchased a product which had to be returned, which is suppose to be hassle free. This experience was more than hassle free it was a joke, they took more than 20min to refund then made a big deal about this" not happy "with this service will not return to purchase a product from this store again.

Well stocked and plenty of parking. Service can be lacking, however. They often have a good range of cheap CDs.

I remember the security guard talking to me one day, she was lovely! Telling me if my boyfriend didnt like what I was doing for him then he doesnt deserve me, etc. It just made my day. All staff in customer service and retail should be just like her!

friendly staff will help if they can or find someone who knows about what your looking for, if they don't have it in stock they will try to get it in for you, they will sometimes try to match other's with their price but only if they can.

Excellent quality of products, definately value for money, always have what I am looking for, but service is dreadful. I waited over 20 minutes this week for someone to assist me and ended up leaving. Staff are very knowledgeable, but need more customer service skills.

I found this store to be set out well, stock was easy to find and they have a huge variety of everything electrical. Staff were average, you go to them, they don't come to you. Prices are great, very inexpensive.

I always buy any music CD's and DVD's from WOW. They are so cheap and have a great range of artists. I have found alot of the music I used to listen to in the late 80's, early 90's and they are only around $8.00 each. If I feel like I just need to go out and buy something I go to WOW Sight & Sound.

I recently bought my very first computer from this store. I am not a young woman and must admit I was feeling quite nervous and more than a little bit stupid (my grandkids know far more about computers than me). The young man who served me put me at ease immediately. He explained everything in simple language (no computer speak) and made sure I was perfectly happy with my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Even after I got it home the staff were always happy to help me out if I got myself into trouble, and believe me - that happened on more than one occasion. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

they would not give a refund on our faulty item then we wanted the item back even though we have paid for it they would not give it back then they got their security guard to threaten us to kick us out and now my partner is banned and we bought a central locking system and it was faulty and didn't do anything about it they wouldn't do a thing about it there just said oh well

I've always had a good experience with this store. They have a wide range of stock and any problems with items bought have been dealt with efficiently and with courtesy.

When I bought my TV and home theatre system from Wow I had an excellent sales guy helping me. I told him what I was looking for, my budget, and what I wanted from the product I bought. He showed me a few different TV's in my price range, recommending I buy built-in HD and a matching home theatre system brand to the TV. He was patient whilst I ummed and ahhed over my choices, then once I decided he threw in a Belkin 8 point power point worth about $150! I was very impressed. I felt very good about my choices and still do today. Every time I've gone in there other than that time though, I have noticed it can be hard to find staff that are free to talk to, and ask questions of. There is however a lot of variety of cd's DVD's, MP3 players, and too many other things to mention. I do enjoy shopping in Wow, but only when I'm in mood for being in crowds, as there are usually quite a few people in there!
