If you think this local vet care about you, you are so very wrong. They will charge you an exorbitant mark up on their prescirbed medications and here is proof:-

Neocort cream $8.90 - charged $41.62
Aurizon 20ml $43.90 - charged $99.57
Chlozig eye drops 10ml $9.90 - charged $35.64
Optimmune $78.99 - charged $143.13

Jeanette from management confirms this is their standard pricing model so ripping off customers is in their policy.

So if you happen to see this and need their service, ask for a script and but online. They pray on the unknown and desperate. Asking for a script is only $30 so don't pay their ridiculous mark up.

The staff here are fantasic so kind and compassionate . Sadly I had to make the decision for my girl after 14 1/2 years. I received paw prints and a beautiful card from them. So thoughtful. Best vets ever. Thank you.

Worst Experience EVER! Our dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma, we booked him in for surgery for a biopsy and we were given a cost estimate. When picking him up that afternoon, the bill for surgery and pathology was 40% more than the quote. Explanation was a second lymph node looked swollen so they removed some for a biopsy. Results come back showing that the surgeon took out a piece of salivary gland instead of the lymph node. This meant we could not get any results. Now we have to go to another vet to undergo another biopsy ($1k) or full screening ($2k) to understand the extend of the cancer. Wyndham Vet refused to refund the extra charges for their surgeon error. Over and above this, their communication, empathy and care throughout this process has been deplorable. All of this from a vet that we have trusted with our 2 "children" for the past 2 and a half years. DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Wonderful clinic with staff that really care for the pets and don’t judge the owners. My cat stopped grooming himself and they never judged me nor gave me a hard time when I brought him in all scruffy. They trimmed him up and we were both happy again. When it was time to say goodbye to my cat they were very professional and caring; I was escorted immediately into a special room and was given as much time as I wanted with my cat before he was put to sleep. A wonderful service, and Wonderful staff.

These guys are great. We have a large collection of birds and yearly we like to get them checked over. They have been nothing but help. It is also hard to find a good vet who is willing to look at a bird's health. I highly recommend.

Such a wonderful place. They saw my cat when I couldn't get an appointment with my own vet. She was very sick and the care and concern shown by the staff was wonderful. They only charge you for what is necessary and tell you exactly what everything is going to cost. So no nasty surprises. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Great staff, great service.

Great vet. Very helpful and great prices. I had my dog desexed here and they were very nice and very kind to my dog. I have had to call them for help several times with little things and they have been more than happy to help.

Have had all 3 cats decexed there and they give you a discount for a low income earner. Very useful and offer advice for all your animals needs. Happy, happy.
