I don't know where to start when describing this playcentre, first and formost was the standard of cleaning, well they have none we were the first customers in and I was shocked to see balls from the ball pitt everywhere, rubbish on tables, bins overflowing the toilets had toilet paper everywhere clearly they lock the doors after the last customer of the day and just leave. The mats are filthy seriously needs some bleach and a scrubbing brush! The balls in the ball pitt I think were supposed to be white and yellow but all I saw were brown filth. Oh the toilets YUCK! one of the doors will not lock the other toilet doesn't even have a door! and there is some pipe and wiring running along the ground which is not very safe oh and the soap dispenses are broken so you have to stick your hand in the top of the dispenser to get any soap.

Use your brains management who puts sugar sticks on a table in a childrens play venue? I had to strictly control my 20 month old away from the tables because all he wanted were the sugar sticks. There is rubbish, dust and dirt in on and around ALL the play equipment (loads of empty sugar packets)

I was meeting a friend and had never being to this playcentre and I am sad to say will NEVER be back, management take note you need to close the business down for a week buy some cleaning products and start cleaning you should be ashamed for charging people those prices to play in filth.

There is no staff supervision (I know that it is not up to the staff to supervise our children) but when they can clearly see balls flying every where surely you need to step in and stop this, also the gated under 3's area is not well its not an under 3's area when you allow parents to prop open the gate with a mat and let any child access to the area.

You also need to fix ALL the netting on the play equipment there are large holes (hence why there is balls everywhere) and I also noticed that there is an area under the climbing structure that should be closed off to children but is not because the netting has being torn off surely the netting was there for a reason.

THis playcentre poses a serious liability risk for example there is a metal bar at the bottom of the slides that is supposed to be covered in foam but due to poor maintenance the foam has worn away the end of the metal pipe is sharp.

Oh and if you do decide to waste your money there please please please check the dates on the drinks they give you, my daughters dring had a ubd of October 11 (We were in there today). Hate to think what there kitchen is like if they can't even get that right.

I go to Xanadu regularly with my daughter, friend and her children. The set up is great, very spacious, food and drinks are made fresh and promptly. Just think it may be a little overpriced, particularly where toddlers are concerned.

was a great playcentre for the two kids I took. Very interactive playground for the littlies to imitate the big kids playground. Found the food a bit pricey compared to other centres though.

On last visit had to wait a few minutes to pay entry fee then felt as though I was an inconvenience. Then another long wait to order food and drinks. Have been here on a few occasions, but have noticed that the standard was not as high as a couple of years ago. Kids did have fun while they were there as play equipment for younger kids is good and the kids also love the slides, and I guess you do go there for the kids. Could have been a little cleaner. Will go back and give it another try at some stage.

centre is great for young kids. lots to do and very clean. however service is a little slow and food is quite expensive.

This place used to be fantastic but obviously going downhill fast. We had some fantastic deals to go there and were disgusted with the filth and the staffs careless attitude. I handed a large screw that my 2 year old landed on at the base of the slide to staff whom didnt care, everything was sticky and black with filth, there were bandaids and wrappers in the toddler are it had obviuosly not been cleaned in a very long time. Clean up your act managers and you might not have to iffer cheap deals, noone i know i would ever go back.

The place is really clean. Lovely service. Fine food. Great party 10 / 10

that was refreshing as I am a playcentre junkie. I gotta tel you this is the best place ever. My daughter had a party there last year & everybody raved about it.
