Who would know that hiding in the quiet suburb of Kallangur would be the best hairdresser I have ever had. My haircut and colour is fantastic. In the past my hair has never been a creamy blonde or cut how I have asked. Both the colour and cut are perfect and everyone keeps asking me where I got it done! The girls were very professional and I felt extreamly pampered. I loved the scalp massage,it neary sent me to sleep. I will continue to go back to Xpectations, not only for the great service, colour and cut but also for the reasonable price. Thanks to Jo and girls.

Well, basically my hair is ruined for my daughter's wedding! My scalp has been burnt with bleach left on way too long. When my daughter enquired about the length of time, she was snapped at then told to back away as she was getting under the hairdressers skin??? She also snapped about being a great hairdresser and she knew when to take the bleach off, at this stage I had been in the chair for over two hours. So my hair is so damaged it hasn't stop falling out for two weeks, it is broken and when consulting another salon was told if I try to do anything else it could get worse. So my new hairdresser has given me a wonderful cut and hopefully my regrowth won't be seen. But I will never go back and I am using my own word of mouth to spread the word.

I used this salon for my son to have his hair done for his Graduation Dinner, his and my ideas clashed, but the hairdresser was able to provide a solution which suited us both. Good value.
