Best dentist and only one I'd go to. Extremely friendly family environment. Kids love the staff. It's lean and efficiently run and I feel I am well looked after here.

The last two visits to this clinic ended badly.

The first time when the dentist was polishing my teeth, she slipped and cut the inside of my gum.

The second time I went to go for whitening and I paid a deposit based on the information provided to me by the receptionist. That was a mistake. I turned up to the clinic and the dentist later described everything in far more detail and explained some risks and the fact that it may only last 2-3 months. When I decided to opt out of the procedure and provided my reasons that the clinic hadn't properly informed me, I was reminded that the lady providing me the details AND taking my deposit doesn't really know that much about the procedure, and that I should've asked more questions?!?!

The clinic hasn't returned my deposit and instead has tried to resolve things with a settlement offer based on "their interpretation" of the events and to prevent me from speaking out about the truth.
