I've been going to YCJ's for a little over 3 years now and for as long as they are open i will continue to go there, they give the best service and truly love what they do and are excellent at it. The conversation is always interesting and there's always time for a laugh (unlike most salons who just don't care or want to get to know you), I always look forward to my visits that i even go every fortnight for a $30 blow-dry, i would definitely recommend YCJ's to anyone who love's the best of the best. I had my first visit last week at this salon and all I can say is WOW... The salon is immaculate, the design and layout flawless and the staff are amazing, friendly and professional. The products they use are of the best quality and they never try to sell you just anything which is something I really hate when I go not just to a salon but anywhere they only recommend if they see you really need it. It's run funny enough by two sisters who really know what they are doing and show a level of customer service that is very hard to find in this day and age, especially in the hairdressing world. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone and anyone, it was truly a refreshing experience. My search is now over for a salon thank you girls :)

I've been going to YCJ's Hair Studio for many years as well and I just love Yvonne & Sarah's caring nature and willingness to make me feel 'at home'. One of the special little things I really like is the tea or coffee (in it's own little plunger) served on a tray with all the trimmings, makes me feel very valued. The massage chairs are a real treat too! Their new apprentice Gabby is fantastic! Recently I had a very small issue with a previous visit and I was immediately fixed up at no extra charge at all. They have a long standing clientele with says a lot. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to YCJ's Hair Studio for 8 years now and I can honestly say you will never find a friendlier place to walk in to. The staff are very happy, friendly and knowledgable. Nothing is ever a problem. They will try and accommodate all requests (except for a glass of champagne, lol). I will continue and enjoy being pampered at YCJ's Hair Studio. Well done girls.
