Hopeless - don't use them they didn't turn up and then said they called which they didn't! Then didn't offer to come and pick it up- I've used other services - go elsewhere!

I have been using Yellow Brick Road to clean our carpets for over 5 years and find them to be great to deal with. I like their cleaning method - it doesn't leave the carpets wet and it protects the carpets as well. I have had my couch cleaned with them too and have been told when it is not worthwhile to clean, so I never feel like I am being ripped off. Compared to other carpet cleaners I have tried, I have never been disappointed with the clean and have never had to call them back to fix a job - that's why I think they are one of the best. On top of that, the receptionist is always pleasant to deal with and the tradesman is always friendly and pleasant. I have recommended to family and friends.
