Sunday with the kids was awesome. Much nicer since the city took over management.

However, for some deiculous reason I was asked to wear a mask from 6pm. I was further informed I would have to leave if I did not have a mask. The best thing is, I was told to wear a mask in the steam room. How ridiculous. This direction came from the management who obviously have no idea and have not done their research first. I could not breath properly with the mask on and kept getting full of sweat which I had to pour out every minute. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO MADE THIS REDICULOUS RULE BASED ON WHAT!!!! I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THEM ANSWER THIS...OH BY THE WAY A VIRUS WOULD NOT SURVIVE IN THIS TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT. Environments that exceed 50% humidity a virus will not survive. A steam room average temp is around 112. Viruses survive best at room temp 50 degrees lower.
This also negates the 4 people in the steam room at once rule. AGAIN RIDICULOUS. Come guys at least do your homework. As you can read, I am very annoyed I was made to do this despite how difficult it is to breath through a wet mask. The hot air blows up through the mask and burns the eyes. I WOULD LIKE AN APOLOGY PLEASE and ensured it wont happen again
Other than this the facility is top, the staff on the floor are very informative.The facilities are great. Love it!!!

Gym is very free during the middle of the day which works out great for me. Not many lap lanes at the moment but the works on the outside pool look very interestig

Love this place!! Unfortunately this morning one of the kids side 25m lane had a selfish lady that thinks she owns the lane swimming in it we all pay the same amount to swim you do not own the lane so don’t swim in the middle of the lane an have a go at my 6 year daughter for swimming up the left an down the right It’s not hard to share a lane thanks for making us feel so uncomfortable that we left you selfish lady!! Not happy to say the least payed adult fee to walk 75m in the pool before the lady an her selfishness got the better of us!!

Many people their most of the year, but moreso in summer. A fair entry fee, school swimming lessons and plenty of car parking. The kiosk is expensive and the whole place definatly needs work as its old. Good for a quick cool down.

It is usually fairly packed out in Summer time. They hold school swimming lessons too. The pools could be cleaned a bit more regularly and they need to check the chlorine more often as it was hurting my eyes, and im an adult. They have an outdoor swimming pool that they hold swimming lessons in occasionally. Overall its fairly poor and needs an upgrade in every way.

I have had to come to the aqua jetty for hydro, I have found the hydro section very dirty with sand, nappies,used bandaides, coins, paper and the hydro jets not working at all. I find this to be utter disguistion as its suppose to be a hygenic pool.Until they get there act together I would not recommending using this pool are, unfortunately I have to, but have complained up to twice aweek for 6 months and still nothing has been done

It mainly my children to whom frequent this facility and they have had no complaints other than the chlorination of the pool is quite strong and besides the life guards missing a boy pushing my son into the pool resulting in a Broken Front TOOTH i hold no resentment just hope they are more vigal in there supervising of our children in subsequent visits it is quite costly but they do have a slide to which can break the manotany of the day of jumping in and out and they are strict about running around the pool to which they have THREE separate POOLS Gym, and Cafe so all and all quite a good day out for the Kids

Now i was on hand to watch this place be built as i have lived across the way for 12 years and i must say it is crap the water stings your eyes as they keep it high due to the lack of respect from patrons to whom relieve themselves in it the out door pool is adequate but the indoor facilities have a lot to be desired It is council run and the Rockingham City Council in my opinion are LAZY when it comes to up-keep of the surrounding area they feel it all ends at Rocko City do not worry about the suburbs they get no assistance only when there is an election approaching Barry Samuels (Mayor) is tired and should retire from the dictatorship he has been overseeing and allow someone with a vision for our Kids to take the reigns to give these council workers a good swift kick of motivation or maybe even a cup of wet cement so they can harden up and get on with growing the best City Aesthetically ( to which means Natural Beauty) as there is nothing for our youth to do no wonder they are dis respecting there elders as there values appear to be lost in boredom Just an opinion from TheRokinram to whom lives in Rockingham Cheers

I have been to aqua jetty many times and they are pretty good having all their facilities opened and they are always keeping the facilities clean and up to date and modify where needed.

This facility has seriously gone down hill since its no longer mansged by the ymca. Cost cutting as lead to poor maintainence and a lack of community that the previous management bought to the facility. Staff can be very rude and feedback is never taken onbiard especially ic its going to cost them money. There is a serious lack of change facilities for people witb young children and babies. Worth a drive to mandurah or kwinana avoid!!
