Write a reviewSebastian teaches in the city, but does an Iyengar Yoga class at Rouse Hill everyday Saturday and Monday. He is one of the best that I have learnt from, and I have been a yoga student for over 12 years. Some long standing postural issues that other teachers failed to address were dealt with within a few months of Sebastian's classes. Highly recommended, for people of all fitness and flexibility levels and ages.
