Yoga Plus

When I arrived in Berwick, I looked around where I could continue to practice yoga.
YOGA PLUS is the best in the area! The studio is light and pleasant with its nice timber floor. The teachers are great, friendly and dedicated to their students. Everybody is different, so no ego, no competition, no judgement, just props for those who need them and a lot of laughs and giggles! Last Saturday workshop was absolutely fantastic. I absolutely recommend YOGA PLUS.

Fantastic teachers, always happy to go that extra bit to make sure you get the most out of your class. Great facilities and great positive atmosphere.

I had several Yoga classes while I was pregnant here. The instructor was fantastic and very informative. The yoga class was nice and relaxing and well worth going. Good value for money.

I attended Prenatal Yoga classes at Yoga Plus right through my pregnancy and it was excellent. The teacher Andi was amazing and her classes focused on what was beneficial (and physically possible) while pregnant. It was the highlight of my week as I struggled through pregnancy and working full time. I have since started going to regular classes which are also very good, and there is a wide range of classes and times available. We are very lucky to have this Yoga practice in Berwick.
