I struggled for many years to feel comfortable and supported in a yoga class. I could never 'get' the poses and what their benefits were. I have been attending courses at Yoga to Go now for the past 3 years and can't rave enough about the fabulous teachers and their teaching methods. I now feel 'present' in my practise. I'm glad I perservered until I found this school.
