This was my first time at this practice. I thought I would give it a go as my usual massage therapist at another practice was booked out for 6 weeks.
I was scheduled to see one therapist, at the last minute I was given Dr Yukyung Song. Before the appointment I in detail described what my concerns were. This doctor was massaging totally different areas for most of the session, which went for about 20-25 min. When I complained that session was meant to be 30 min, Dr Song pretended to be calling someone, Then receptionist came out and charged me for 30 min anyway. Very disappointing!
