Comfortable and nice, breakfast was really plentiful and nice. However that is it. After breakfast there is no food available for the remainder of the day. 2 restaurants that are closed, no room service. Pool closed, spa closed, internet facility non functional. Staff who made a call from my room when I wa sout and they wanted me to pay for it.
