Recently had a claims issue with YOUI. It was so badly handled that I decided to change insurance for all my insurance needs (despite YOUI trying to convince me otherwise with a substantial discount). Despite calling up and emailing YOUI that I was canceling a policy and receiving confirmation from them that it was cancelled they still took the money out of my bank account without permission.

It took another few weeks and several emails from me before the money was returned.

It is disappointing as the service from YOUI is very good when you are taking out a new policy with them

Such a shame when businesses provide excellent customer service to win your business, and then drop the service levels once they have it.

Its true what threy advertise, i saved $200 on the exact same cover. They where very professional over the phone, not sure if they are only online or have an office is Sydney but they are efficient. Calling me back when they said they would & speaking with a real person who doesn't sound too too far away.
