Extremely disappointed with beauty equipment and even more disgusted with customer service. very cheap products. I purchased beauty equipment, a facial steamer and magi lamp. They were very badly assembled and did parts did not fit securely enough to even move properly - they both within 2 months were broken from plastic parts snapping. Nearly collapsed. When I contacted Amr the staff on the phone were lovely to deal with but I was told I would have someone resolve this issue, email after email. Never herd a response. I had warranty and everything and they still never returned phone calls or emails. The management are useless and will not help if there is a problem. I advise not to buy from amr, lesson learnt. You get what you pay for. Amr products.
