Lexi bunch $150, worth $60 to me. Very pricey.
Pink Chrysanthemums made the bunch stand out and why I orded them, was substituted for a dark plum colour that absolutely stuffed the bright look up.
Put my order in at 3am, I rang them at 2pm to see what time they start to deliver and was told they delivered all day, when asked why I had not received my flowers they started excuses and conveniently told me it was being wrapped now and delivered in 20min.
They should have contacted me and asked if a substitute colour was ok and for $150 I would have expected that.
But they did not.
Quick to take your money, not so quick to give you what you paid for or notify you if they are out of stock.
1/10 for customer service
2 /10 for price
2/10 for substitute colour
I won't be going back here.
Overall 3/10

Yeah the flowers were nice but not suitable for what I wanted, more suitable for a funeral, than a Valentine arrangement, dark plum coloured Chrysanthemums are you serious?
Next time call the person and ask, dimwits.
What I should have got is the picture on my profile, the pink was substituted with dark plum, absolute stuff up and waste of $150.
Anyone can run a business and this proves it.
Don't worry about selling the product you advertise or customer service, just take the money and worry about that later,like these rip offs did.

I live in Corrimal near Wollongong.My Mother died and I needed to arrange a big bunch of Flowers and 40 Single Red Roses for the Service.
I picked this florist off google and am delighted I did.....Jess was truly professional, friendly, and knew exactly what I wanted,which was out of the ordinary. The flowers were STUNNING !!!
At such a stressful time Jess helped me think clearly and was very supportive....I have never seen such beautiful fresh flowers. The price was very reasonable. Much less than I expected. My brother commented on the flowers and how beautiful they looked, and men do not usually notice these things. Thank you Jess. I come from 40 years in that area and shall be recommending you to all my family and friends there.
