DO NOT USE! As the landlord,poor inspections if done at all. Poor tennant screening,which resulted in constant rental arrears and left with damange once vacated. Were told we could not tell someone how to live when questioned the state of the home at inspection. Very unprofessional, hard to get hold of. Be aware now trading as Asset Realty, a name change wont change the service!!! They were recommended by JDL Strategies (a property investment company) and it was the worst thing we could have done... Say goodbye to $$$ using them.

Vacated a property managed by yfpm nearing on 6 months ago. Have not received bond or correspondence despite many phone calls/emails instead received a phone call saying I am 42 days in arrears. Still can't understand this. Among other unprofessional mishaps they lost the original keys and requested I get a set cut and send to them. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

We were looking for a property to rent, this company provided the best service. Great communicators and was very thorough with the rental agreement and procedure. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a rental property.
