Nick and team provides excellent service and communication; high attention to detail; immediate attention and actions to requests and concerns. Nick managed to lease out my property in 1.5 weeks (when the previous agency had nothing going for almost 8 weeks). I had another property I wanted to switch to Your Haven and at no point did I feel pressured to make the switch, even though evidently I should've done it sooner. You will always get a reply from them - no more being ghosted by your property manager. They go above and beyond and you know you will be well looked after, and many of their reviews reflect this. Nick has always managed to find new tenants in time for the change over at the end of lease, minimising lost rent due to vacancies.
