I have visit Jo twice now and both times her customer service has impressed. She is very accommodating with appointment times, met me at the front of her salon on arrival and her bubbly personality is very easy to like. As the only client you get her undivided attention to getting the job done and each time she has delivered my colour request to the 'T'. Her studio is no different to a regular salon in appearance and the prices are great too!

I highly recommend Jo. I appreciate just how convenient it is for me to be able to get my hair done after the usual trading hours of normal salons. Jo does all she can to suit times convenient for me. The salon is very professional and very quiet and relaxing as you are the only client there. I have never had to wait when I arrived for my appointment,unlike other salons. Jo is very friendly and treats you more like a friend than a client. I always look forward to my hairdresser appointment with Jo !
